A variety of events are available for sponsorship for our May 2010 Conference. A sponsorship enables you to highlight your company while demonstrating your support of NDEDIC and the dental industry. Keynote Speaker Sponsor Our keynote presentation kicks off the Conference and is always well-attended. Here is your opportunity to sponsor the 2010 keynote presenter and put yourself and your brand in front of the crowd as you introduce our keynote speaker, Dr. Janet Lapp. For more information on Dr. Lapp or the sponsorship contact the NDEDIC office. Cost: $4,500
Conference Welcoming Reception Sponsorship: A highly-attended, opening evening event, organized to enhance networking and relationship building where attendees mingle in a relaxed, social environment. The sponsoring company will have its name and logo positioned on displays throughout the room entrances and wherever NDEDIC directional signage is placed. All overheads and invitations distributed for this event will be adorned with your firm’s name/logo. Additionally, each table at the reception will have your company’s literature available for distribution, including an opportunity for your firm to host a “raffle” or other similar event during the evening. COST: $4,500 (exclusive )or $2,250 (joint/Gold – 2 firms)
“Green” Conference Tote Bag & Branded Flash Drive Sponsorship: EXCLUSIVE OPPORTUNITY! Every Conference attendee receives a branded tote bag and flash drive as part of the registration packet. The flash drive will contain all materials for the conference (guide, handouts, give-aways, official NDEDIC materials and more!) Cost: $4,000
X Room Key Sponsorship: EXCLUSIVE OPPORTUNITY! Every Conference attendee who stays at the Marriott San Diego Mission Valley receives a room key with your company’s logo vividly placed on one side, along with the NDEDIC brand, providing a visual reminder of your firm’s brand to all attendees.
Learning Note Book Sponsorship: Your full page ad on the inside cover and your logo prominently displayed on the cover and at the bottom of each lined page where attendees can write all their Conference notes. This valuable spiral-bound 8.5” x 11” booklet will be referenced long time after the Conference. Contact the NDEDIC office for details. Cost: $3,500
Internet Café: Sponsor the Internet Café where attendees can check email. Your logo will be prominently displayed. Cost: $3,500
Technology (Audio/Visual) Sponsorship: EXCLUSIVE OPPORTUNITY! Every attendee of the conference will experience the value of advanced audio & visual equipment and set ups used throughout the meeting. The sponsor of this event is entitled to have the company name/logo throughout every meeting room, and one two-minute “open mic” opportunity at any one of the educational meeting events the sponsor selects. COST: $3,500
Awards Luncheon Sponsorship: This special event gives recognition to our award-winners, special sponsors and their companies. A great opportunity for networking and relationship building with attendees in a more relaxed atmosphere. Includes signage with your logo on each luncheon table, plus your logo in the program.
