Thank you for your willingness to be a speaker at the 2008 NDEDIC Conference. 

The following deadlines have been established for the presentations in order that we have ample time to properly promote the programs and prepare any items for distribution during the Conference.

February 7, 2008  deadline for submission of:

• Agreement to abide by the NDEDIC Speakers Guidelines  (page 5 of the document)
• Conflict of Interest form
• Brief Biography (to be used for promotional purposes)
• Photo (electronic format preferred)

 April 1, 2008  deadline for submission for all speakers' power point presentations. All presenters, with PowerPoint presentations, should utilize the NDEDIC template (provided below) to enable consistent review of the presentations by the Editorial Board and Conference Committee. Please note: after presentation approval is given by the Editorial Board and Conference Committee, there may be cases where more current statistics or updated information is made available. Updates to presentations regarding this type of information may be made without further review from the Editorial Board and Conference Committee. Any other type of update must go through the review process. 

April 15, 2008  deadline for submission for a short introductory paragraph  (for a brief introduction during the Conference)
