NDEDIC appreciates the financial assistance provided by exhibitors and supporters who sponsor conference events. This sponsorship allows NDEDIC to provide a selection of professional tools, activities and educational materials for its members.
A variety of events are available for sponsorship for the May 2008 Conference. Sponsorship allows you to highlight your company while demonstrating your support of NDEDIC and the dental industry. Sponsors are recognized in the official program booklet, conference guide and during each sponsored event.
Sponsorship Descriptions
EMERALD SPONSORSHIP
In addition to general sponsorship, Emerald Sponsors will receive: one exhibit table, plus two full Conference registrations. Each additional company attendee may register for the full Conference for only $375.
Keynote Speaker Sponsor Our keynote presentation is always well attended. Here is your opportunity to sponsor the 2008 keynote presenter and put yourself and your brand in front of the crowd as you introduce our keynote speaker. Cost: $6,500
Conference Welcoming Reception Sponsorship: A highly-attended, opening evening event, organized to enhance networking and relationship building where attendees mingle in a relaxed, social environment. The sponsoring company will have its name and logo positioned on displays throughout the room entrances and wherever NDEDIC directional signage is placed. All overheads and invitations distributed for this event will be adorned with your firm’s name/logo. Additionally, each table at the reception will have your company’s literature available for distribution, including an opportunity for your firm to host a “raffle” or other similar event during the evening. Networking Event plus Dinner Sponsorship: A fabulous, casual soiree that has drawn rave reviews each and every year. The Networking Event is a time to let loose and park all differences at the door while we enjoy a very warm and social event kicking off yet another fantastic year of pursuing the growth of our industry. The sponsor of this special networking event will undoubtedly be remembered through association with an event. Your company name/logo is prominently placed throughout the event-- signage at each individual and food buffet tables, three-minute “open mic” opportunity, and abundant placement on all materials distributed announcing the event. Every Conference attendee receives a tote bag as part of the registration packet, which includes all materials for the conference (guide, handouts, give-aways, official NDEDIC materials and more!). Technology (Audio/Visual) Sponsorship: EXCLUSIVE OPPORTUNITY! Every attendee of the conference will experience the value of advanced audio & visual equipment and set ups used throughout the meeting. The sponsor of this event is entitled to have the company name/logo throughout every meeting room, and one two-minute “open mic” opportunity at any one of the educational meeting events the sponsor selects. Awards Luncheon Sponsorship: This special event gives recognition to our special sponsors and volunteers and their companies. Awards Sponsorship: NDEDIC recognizes individuals and companies during the Awards Luncheon and presents the annual Benjamin D. Ward Award, as well as the Chairman’s Award. Your sponsorship of the Awards will include your name on the Awards luncheon program as well as signage at the tables. Cost: $600.
Speaker Gifts Sponsorship: Sponsor the gifts for our speakers, Your logo will be included in the Conference materials Cost: $600.
Golf Hole Sponsorships: ONLY Eighteen Opportunities! Include your company’s name/logo at tee boxes of each hole throughout the course. COST: $400. 8 Reserved / 10 Available
