NDEDIC's 2010 Annual Payer  Survey The information requested in this survey is critical to the advancement of electronic transactions in dentistry. Industry-wide information does not exist or is inadequate or unreliable. Your participation is very important and needed. All findings will be reported in the aggregate. Any information you provide on this survey instrument will beseen only by personnel of Dental Delivery System Consultants, an independent dental health services research firm. To participate in the NDEDIC Survey, please return to this location in mid-January or contact the NDEDIC office at ndedic@ndedic.org to request notification as soon as the survey is open. To see a sample of  a sample survey summary, please click here   This survey is about transactions sent/received in 2009 and is arranged in two sections: 1) Basic information -- Most critical that we collect from you. 2) Enhanced transaction information to afford better understanding and interpretation.

The Full Survey may be purchased and downloaded online at our online store - a summary of the 2009 Payer Survey is free to NDEDIC members.  If you are not a member of NDEDIC we encourage you to join -- or you may purchase and download a copy of the full survey at our online store - cost is $89.95 for non-members.  The member cost is $39.95.
